More Than Culinary Training
At Cucino, we believe professional culinary education goes beyond learning how to cook. Our students have opportunities to pursue additional external qualifications that complement their culinary training and strengthen their professional foundation.
Cucino Culinary Academy Diploma
Students complete their chosen programme and receive a diploma awarded by The Cucino Culinary Academy.
Programmes
- Diploma in Culinary Arts — 14 Weeks
- Diploma in Pastry & Baking — 7 Weeks
- Diploma in Professional Cookery — 7 Weeks
- Diploma in Nigerian Cuisine — 4 Weeks
Award in Food Preparation in Catering Craft Practice
Students have the opportunity to sit for the NABTEB examination as an additional external qualification. Successful candidates receive a separate NABTEB certificate independent of the Cucino diploma. Available across the four professional programmes.
NABTEB registration/examination fees are separate from Cucino tuition.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety
Through collaboration with London Professional Training Centre (LPTC), students can undertake professional food safety training/examination and receive the Level 2 Award in Food Safety issued by LPTC.
LPTC certification is separate from the Cucino diploma and has an additional examination fee.
Important Notice
NABTEB and LPTC examinations/certifications are external and optional. Their examination fees are not included in Cucino Culinary Academy tuition fees. Students who wish to participate register and pay the applicable fees separately.
