The Advanced Professional Culinary Upgrade Course at The Cucino Culinary Academy is designed for individuals with existing culinary knowledge, training, or practical experience who want to refine their skills, improve their professional competence, and gain confidence working in a professional kitchen.

Our students have opportunities to pursue additional external qualifications that complement their culinary training and strengthen their professional foundation.
Cucino Culinary Academy Diploma
Students complete their chosen programme and receive a diploma awarded by The Cucino Culinary Academy.
Award in Food Preparation in Catering Craft Practice
Students have the opportunity to sit for the NABTEB examination as an additional external qualification. Successful candidates receive a separate NABTEB certificate independent of the Cucino diploma. Available across the four professional programmes.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety
Through collaboration with London Professional Training Centre (LPTC), students can undertake professional food safety training/examination and receive the Level 2 Award in Food Safety issued by LPTC.
