From Classroom Confidence to Restaurant Career

The most important lesson I gained at Cucino was confidence. Chef Pee believed in every student and pushed us to work with discipline, creativity, and professionalism. The practical kitchen work gave me the experience I needed to step into a real restaurant kitchen and perform with confidence.

Today I work as a chef in a leading restaurant in Benin City, and I am proud to say the training prepared me for the real demands of professional service.
